1. Eligibility: I am a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
2. Age Requirement: I am at least 18 years of age.
3. Personal Funds: This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
4. Voluntary Contribution: This contribution is made voluntarily and not in exchange for any favor or consideration.
5. Corporate/Union Funds: This contribution is not made from the treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.

This disclaimer appears in a clear and conspicuous manner on all public communications as required by federal law.

WEBSITE AND DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS DISCLAIMER

All websites, emails, and digital communications maintained or distributed by Be American PAC contain the following disclaimer:

“Paid for by Be American PAC. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. www.beapac.com“

SOLICITATION DISCLAIMER

All solicitations for contributions to Be American PAC contain the following disclaimer:

“Contributions to Be American PAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals without green cards, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.”
